Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any of our training courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course.

Full payment must be received before you are granted access to the online theory portal or booked onto the practical training day.

Failure to pay the full balance prior to enrolment will result in access being denied.

2. Online Theory Enrolment

Once you have been enrolled onto the online theory course, all fees paid (including deposits and full course fees) become strictly non-refundable.

This policy is in place due to the immediate access provided to digital materials and training content.

3. Cancellations and Transfers

If you need to change your training date, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a transfer fee.

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice or non-attendance on the day of training will result in a loss of all fees paid.

4. Access to Training

Access to our online learning portal will only be granted once full payment has been received.

All course content is the intellectual property of Beauty Perfections Academy and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

5. Certification

Certificates will only be issued once all theory and practical elements have been completed to a satisfactory standard.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet any insurance or local licensing requirements before practicing.

6. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once online theory access is granted.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the course.
